Quick! Round up your overcoddled and micromanaged children! Push oversensitivity, mindless egalitarianism, and a thoroughly unrealistic worldview upon them. Then release them into the culture as defenseless sheep. Tell ’em they’re armed with the shiny happy breastplate of political correctness! That’ll protect them. And, of course… whatever you do… don’t let them have FINGER GUNS! Thanks, Ashley!
First heard about this book last year when Hammett was a guest at Chiller Theatre, which I missed attending. The book has received some great reviews at Amazon (take that as you will) as well as kudos from FearNet, an interview/plug with Fangoria and a better look at the inside, courtesy of Rolling Stone. Looks good! Thanks to Daniel Byrd.

With high definition cameras in the eyes, Diego San sees people, gestures, expressions, and uses A.I. modeled on human babies, to learn from people, the way that a baby hypothetically would. As much a work of art as technology and science, this represents a step forward in the development […]
Thank you, Mr. Hellofallhells!
Achtung, Terror Fiends! Run for the attic because your handsome hosts are goose-stepping their way into all things verboten with their commentary on the 1977 Nazi zombie classic, Shock Waves. Your food supply might be running out but there’s plenty of Matt and Jason to go around as they dictate movie details, perverted New Year’s resolutions, “flapjacks”, time travel shenanigans, the 3/4 Rule, Unterseezombies, and extensive discussion on Nazi interest […]
